Development of self-efficacy scale of differentiated instruction for teachers

The purpose of this research is to develop a scale determine teachers' self-efficacy levels regarding differentiated instruction. To create the item pool, first 61 draft form was prepared. This submitted opinion experts from different fields and necessary corrections were made. Before starting analysis process, data numbered transferred computer environment. Persons participate in study selected by simple random sampling. sample consists 572 teachers. During data, exploratory factor confirmatory performed. As result analysis, it seen that consisted 27 items six factors. factors are named as "Teaching Process, Content, Learning Profile, Readiness, Assessment Environment". fit indices obtained showed model sufficient. Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient found be .92. From these results, concluded instruction for teachers valid reliable measurement tool.
